Description  He promised to do and complete my plan. Still have not received the completed plan. He doesn't answer calls. He doesn't respond to texts or whatsapp. He made me pay an addition of R6500 for building plan approval and he disappeared. Lost R17000.00 please don't use kandua use a reputable architect

Feedback  He made a draft with a few pictures which initially I was impressed. He took more money as he explained he would require more funds to complete the task and till today no feedback. This was started in Novemeber 2024.

Cost  R4500.00 for a house plan non approval. R250000.00 for building the house
