David was very unprofessional. He disappeared during the assignment. This job should have taken at max 3 hours according to his own estimate it end up taking 2 days..I discover he took another job in the middle of my incomplete job.He then removed two resources from my assignment for reasons known to him.

He is reliable and he is always available when you need him. He understands what you need done and how it should be like. He comes on time and knows what he is doing.

Amos did a remarkable job, and I was happy with his work. He built my 2 rooms from the foundation to the roof. Amos did what we agreed on, and I can recommend him for any building project.

Lucky over promised and under delivered. 1. The Initial timelines where wrong and took twice as long to do the job. 2. Doesn’t communicate well or provide feedback 3. Asks for money before the job is done to pay staff. 4. Once that’s done, it’s phone off and no feedback. 5. Job was never finished 100% Wouldn’t recommend, even though it seems cheaper and he sounds like a nice guy
