I have an outdoor area that i would like to renovate. this includes putting in new flooring (30m2) and installing an outdoor roof over to outside floor area. Also requires removal of existing braai and installation of new gas braai. Photos can be supplied on request.

The photos contain both the old and the new floorplans. The old plans have all the measurements, and there is a ground floor with kitchen and living area, as well as a top floor with two rooms and bathrooms. What we would like to do is the following: KITCHEN: 1.Break the opening and trim it 2.Strip up all floor cynics 3.Chase the wall and shift the electric plugs to chosen position 4.Chase the wall and shift the pipes for zink water supplier 5.Tile the floor 6.Paint the wall and ceiling 7.change the lights 8.Install the zink and mixers BATHROOM 1.Break the wall between the bathrooms and create the opening 2.Remove all the basins,bath and toilet 3.Build and close two doors with bricks 4.create new water points for bath, basins and toilet 5.Tile the floor and wall PASSAGE 1.Tile the whole passage

Plumbers wrecked our tiling in 2 bathrooms behind the toilets and in one bathroom encroaching on the basin cupboard - need these tiled areas fixed

What I need done in the next month: 1. Ceiling of 100m2 2. Electrical and plumbing maintenance/repair. 3. Tiling repair. 4. Shelve assembly. 5. Barn doors.

It is an existing office space of which needs to paint and extension of dry walling is needed.

I want to renovate the kitchen completely, new wall to wall cupboards, wall to wall tiling etc. 3 bedrooms, new wall to wall cupboards . new tiling through out the house. new paint all rooms. Replace ceiling all though the house. Put up wall all round the house, with electric fencing. Single electric gate/ garage door. carport in driveway. Re paint the paving.
