I have been working with Douglas as from 2012. He is a great guy to work with, he is always on time, reliable and he values his customers very much. I have never had to follow up on him so that he delivers, you give him the scope of the work, he tells you what materials are needed and then gives you a quote. When you feel that the price given may break your bank, Douglas is open to negotiations. He works on deadlines and never in the years l have known him ever missed a deadline, he normally completes before time. He is great with steel work and rope access painting. I highly recommend him.

No communication or update through out the project.Installation took over a month.No passion or enthusiasm.Arrived late on site without explanation.Material procurement took longer than it should have at times he miscalculated. Poor work ethic Work is neat however.
