I was building my 3 room, with an open plan kitchen and a garage from scratch. It is now complete and the contractor and his team did a very good job at it. I can not really remember how long it really took them ut I do know that it wasn't too long to complete it. And I was very happy with the fact that everything was doe within my budget and they were really patient with me when the finances delayed their work.
