He is very organized, he had his own transport and tools for the job and his team had uniforms and the correct PPE. They did a great job and I was quite impressed that they managed to pull the project in 10 months. He had 2 cleaning teams, one was for rough cleaning where they were cleaning on weekly basis and the final team which cleaned after they were done with the work, cleaning the windows and also clearing the rubbles. He also had a safety team on site incase of emergencies. He had great workmanship and good management skills.
