Seth came with his brother to give a quote on pool renovation and marbelite. Got a quote, negotiated a bit and accepted even though they were pricier than other quotes, because his brother seemed like he know what he was doing and they promised it would take 3 days and wld be on site at all times. Started on Thursday 30 Nov. Worked till sat. His brother was nòt part of the business. He was just the selling point. I gave them more than the initial deposit agreed upon. Monday Seth and 2 guys arrived at about 11. Apparently they had an accident (car bonnet flew open and cracked the windscreen, nothing more) They then left to report at police and promised will be back. At 2pm he phoned and said will come Tuesday. I waited and called, no response Wednesday was the same story, waited all day. The only times he answered at all, was when i phoned his brother and his brother got him to respond. He always promised he is on his way and made me wait. Wednesday evening he said his car is sorted (apparently wipers werent working but it wasnt raining) Thursday i eventually got him to come by saying im gng to review him. He dropped off some guys after 10am and collected them again the eve That Monday i told him that if the pool isnt finished by the Friday, im gng to cancel the project. Friday he ddnt come, ddnt let me know. I told his brother i cant go on like that. He promised Seth will be there Sat morning. I asked both of them to confirm friday eve that he is coming sat. Early sat i sent both of them a msg to hear, heard from him at about 10/11 that he will be coming Monday. Havent heard a word from him since. It was an extremely urgent project, he wasted my time, my materials and money paid to him. He still has all the pipe joints and pvc glue. No one wants to touch the pool because its so poorly done. He knows it - he even sent a msg last week saying he will fix the mess. I had to get people to come clean up the site last week as they left it like a rubble heap. The only thing he is good at, is telling me over and over he knows his job. Too bad he dsnt finish his mess, he has no respect for my time, my urgency, quality work or sticking with a deal. In fact last week, while not even working - he wanted to be paid mòre. And of course he was supposed to show today, its 11am and no word or arrangement

His services are very affordable, I do not have any problems with him. He is always on time for work and he also cleans up after he is done working. I trust him and I would recommend his services to other people.

Eddie built my pool, he built it from scratch and he did an excellent job, 100% perfect. His prices were good especially because I was able to negotiate a price that we were both happy with. I would leave him alone in my yard and I have cameras, so I would check the footage in the evenings and I had no complaints. They are trustworthy and hardworking, Eddie works with his team and supervises them, he was there all the time. They were punctual for work and they cleaned up, they even took care of the rubble. I have referred him to my friends, I'm sure he has probably started on the two jobs that I have referred him to.

He also did landscaping and one thing I like about him is that he is always on time. He is efficient, sticks to his appointments, and his workmanship is excellent.
