Some small branches landed in pool and I'm not happy with our current guy so looking for someone who will do our maintenance and take our property and look after it like their own

we have a long pool 1.6M*14M*1-1.5M (DxLxW). We've had some building works, and need a deep clean and some servicing before the season: 1. Deep clean of the pool. It is fairly clean, but has some green spots here and there. 2. Replacement of the sand in the sand filter box 3. Review/fix of the filter/backwash/rinse selector as it is making a scurrying sound (sounds like there's a small pebble in it or something) 4. Addition of some pipes from the pump; our pool has four outlets and two of them was on a secondary rim flow pump whilst two of them were on a primary pool pump. We got rid of the rimflow as it spilled too much water and now need to connect the one pump to all the outlets. So it just needs some fixed pipes connected in a very easy to access area. 5. Maintenance on the lights - one of the pool lights keep falling out and need to be fixed 6. Supply of 1) telescope pole with a brush head (for washing the pool), 2) 6 HTH Chlorine Floaters, 7. Check when you are there whether the pump we have is strong enough for the pool; it should be but would be good with a second opinion.

Fibreglass pool possibly in need of resurfacing. Currently has black algae that cannot be brushed off the surface.

This is a small pool. Our creepy Crawley is somehow broken and need to be replaced and I need the pool cleaned and serviced.

I am in Lower Constantia my pool has been covered through the Winter and has algae and green water. The Kreepy doesn't appear to work.
