Terrence is professional, skilled, and it did not take long for him to finish the repairs. His work was up to standard, there were no comebacks, and he cleaned up after himself. Description  Repaired my fridge/freezer - major defrosting and re-gassing

Feedback  Terence assessed my freezer and and accurately fixed it. It has continued to work well since the repairs. It does make an additional sound (only way I can describe it is an 'underwater' sound) now, that it didn't make before... But, Terence answered my questions when I addressed it with him.... I've had to get used to the sound.
