We had an initial misunderstanding around the desired finish, but despite my getting very upset, he remained calm and offered to fix the area, which he did and did perfectly. I gave him additional jobs which were done to perfection and will be using him again soon. I would highly recommend him. He has a very gentle, pleasant and respectful nature and is very trustworthy.
