Feedback  He sent me a quote in December 2023, I had to pay R2000 deposit which I did. He asked to postpone with a day and when that day came I called and He said He was on His way, just got into a taxi. More than a month later He is still on his way and not taking calls.

Cost  The job cost over R 25 000.

Description  Thopson did some outside painting and then a resurface of the pool. He seemed to know his job and we were impressed by his work. A person was sent by Kandua to do a quality check and he said the work was done to standard. Subsequently, 6 months down the line the paint in the pool is fading. Thopson eventually responded to my call and said it was because too much chlorine was added. This definitely is not the case as the pool is also turning green after the weekly clean, which shows that the chlorine is not the issue. I am know wanting to remove the initial review as I see others have used him and the pool renovation, he did in November has a very negative revie w. This is a serious concern for me.

Feedback  He worked without much supervision, we trusted that he was skilled and knew his job. Subsequently his behaviour was not very professional and we know wait for him as he promised to come and see what he could do to fix the problem.

Description  My pool. And all the fibre glass coming of. He even asked me to pay more which I did. Now he gone. Can't get hold of him at all. He a thief.

Feedback  He stuffed up my pool. The pool started flaking. When I called him he told me there no garuateee. Then he told me to pay another 3000 towards material which I refused. Last weekend he phoned me again and asked to pay just 500 which I did. Never heard from him again. Now he don't reply myessages neither does he take my calls. This guy is a thief.

Description  He did waterproofing,cramping of the old roof, patching and rubberising thr roof. This came with a 10year guarantee. He was called to come back to redo the work since the roof is still leaking. Many attempts were made, requesting him to come back and sort out the roof and he would say that he didn't have money available to come through and check the roof again, also he after calling him he had said that he was sick,and he will come through once he is better and still did not make any attempts to assist in sorting out the roof, since his work has a 10year guarantee, and now with tge rainy season upon us, he is unable to complete his job and till to date he hasn't sorted this out. Payment was made to him with no issues, but he is unable to do what he has said. His workmanship is very much unethical and it's really sad that we give business to this company with out a proper service bring rendered. An impression of untrustworthiness,no business ethics and he is communication skills are very much unacceptable and he is not adhering to his terms and conditions.

Feedback  He needs to be managed properly. His attitude and behavior on this matter gives off a very untrustworthiness impression and has no business ethics.

Feedback  Thompson is an excellent service provider, I hired him for painting and waterproofing at my place, he did an amazing job and I was impressed. He charged me standard rate, his workmanship was good and I can gladly refer his services to anyone who requires them.

Description  Bathroom renovation

Feedback  Thompson renovated my bathroom, they had to redo the whole room, from the tiling of the floor and walls to moving taps and basins and the bath, they also tiled my kitchen floor. What I liked about them is that they were quick, they finished the job in four days, they once even started working at five-thirty am. Their pricing is good and their craftsmanship is awesome. Thopson is reliable and trustworthy, I borrowed him my drill to work on another site and he brought it back. He and his team are good guys.

Feedback  I build churches and houses and I subcontract Thopson whenever I have a project, I have been using his services for three years, he has done plumbing work, ceilings, and brickwork for me. He is very reliable, he has never disappointed me. I am always able to negotiate a few with him and he does a perfect job. If you're looking for someone who does a perfect job, then he your man, that guy is a hard worker.

Description  Handyman work

Feedback  I needed a few small jobs to be done in my home, nothing big, so I hired Thopson to do them for me. We were able no to negotiate a fair few once he knew what was required of him. I have only used him once and he arrived on time on the day of the job and did exactly what I wanted. I have no problems with the work that was done.
