Feedback  he was very difficult to communicate with, but once we had an understanding of the level of service I needed he improved and got the job done. He needed to be called back to finish the job after he deemed it to be complete but by the end the job was completed to a satisfactory level.

Cost  R35 000 overpaid him by R14500 he ran away with my money

Description  he redid my entire home, but used a blund cutter, the grout is coming out and he ran away with R14500 of mine, he stole.

Feedback  he came with huge promises in the beginning "good people" he use to say, but i was so good to him, paid him cash R2000 a day, at end i paid him the rest R35 000, didnt deduct the R2000 in error, therefore paid him R14 500 to much, he signed a letter to pay me immediatly after the money is in his account, since then he blocked my number, called me names, and the promise to pay me my R14 500 back, didn't get a cent back.... he ignores e mails, cant get hold of him, as he blocked my and my husbands numbers .... its disgusting to do business like this, its very unfair that he wont give me my R14 500 back, even though he signed for it, he even puts the phone down on the police. i have lost trust in every one, i will never trust a contractor, especially i was so good to him. i had night mares about Lloyd, and i will never forget this terrible experience.

Description  Floor tiling.

Feedback  He is a good guy who does a good job. He needs to improve only in time keeping. Otherwise l was impressed with his work. I recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

Feedback  I was happy with Lloyd's workmanship though he later changed his prices. He was punctual and his work is very tidy.
