Description  Tinashe installed my explora ultra then relocated by explora one as extra view. He installed the smart LNB and a diplexer. He charged me R 300 for a diplexer that costs R 119 at Leroy and other stores. I refused to pay that much and then he said he can save me R 100. I have not received signal on my explora since last night. He goes on to say it’s because I removed the diplexer which I am of the belief that it’s faulty.
