Feedback  One of the best experience I had was working with him, he is straightforward and patient. He extended my house. He is very understanding and he was explaining to me some of the things that I didn't understand. I trusted him with money to buy whatever he needed to use on the project and he was honest enough to bring receipts. He is very transparent. I'm very happy with the work he did. Additionally, he did paving as well. I must say he is very easy to work with. I wasn't there always to oversee but he does the job perfectly, I don't have a complaint. I can recommend him without hesitating.

Feedback  He did all the building work at my house when he was renovating. He is very perfect. He is good at communicating with clients, giving updates. He did all the construction work, in a nutshell, what I can say is that he is an experienced builder who knows what he is doing. He doesn't need to be managed at all. He is professional. He finished the project at the time we had agreed. He was always on time. He is effective and efficient, therefore I recommend him

Feedback  He did the whole renovations of my house from scratch. With Tinyiko what you see is what you get, he does exactly what you ask him to do. He renovated my house and did everything. It was like hitting two birds with one stone at one price. His prices being reasonable doesn't mean his work is cheap, it's at par. He did brickwork, floor tiling, plumbing, painting, paving, and electrical work. Had it not been for me delaying with material because of financial constraints he would have finished ahead of time. He doesn't need to be supervised he is good at what he does. He is very professional and I recommend him.
