Feedback  Mark is a subcontractor that I have been using for the past four years for all if my paint jobs. Most of my work is in residencies and sometimes clients leave him alone in their homes while he works and he does not fiddle with people's things. He is very reliable and trustworthy, he also works without supervision and cleans up nicely when he is finished working. I am happy with the quality of his work. He was referred to me by a friend and I would recommend him also.

Feedback  I subcontracted Mark over a period of about six months for my painting jobs. He was the best painter that I had his finishing was outstanding and he knows what is going on with paint. We worked on residencies and he was reliable, trustworthy, and at work every day, Monday to Saturday. He is a good guy and a good worker.

Description  Painting and water proofing

Feedback  Mark has been a subcontractor that I use for more than a year now, he does painting and waterproofing at my sites. He is absolutely reliable and he comes in to work, you can leave him alone on site and when you come back, he has finished the job, he does not waste time. Most of my work in residencies and I have not had any problems with him, he is very trustworthy. The quality of his work and I would recommend him. He is also a good waterproof.
