Feedback  Toshi built a wall for me. Toshi is a professional because I am very happy with his work. Toshi finished the job yesterday so he is quite timely as well. The labor was tidy as Toshi cleaned up his workspace after he was done working. He is a trustworthy man and his prices are acceptable.

Feedback  I have had the worst terrible experience in the hands of this guy. From the word go he never discussed with me the payment plan as per his quote. I assumed that he would do the job first and get the full payment afterwards since he never disclosed how he wanted his payments. To my astonishment, he started asking for small amounts daily and it didn't sit well with me, I had to ask him to furnish me with his banking details so that I could deposit a significant amount to him. He never did and had the nerves to call me when I was relaxed and having dinner with friends asking for money. I told him I couldn't transfer since I didn't have internet access where I was. He then charged in an insulting way and told me he's not going to resume work and that I must look for someone to wrap up the remaining work yet I had paid him 75% of his payment. He had also promised to remove the rubble and just left it like that. I had to get someone to finish up the work and paid the other guy way more than the balance that was meant for Toshi. He was very unprofessional and his work ethics leaves a lot to be desired. I will never recommend his work to anyone.

Feedback  He did not say from the beginning that he needs downpayment ,keeps on asking for money for petrol .Then accused me of not paying him.After paying him more than half the money he left without finishing the job.i had to get someone to finish his job and I paid more money.The plug that he put on the wall was upside down not even working.

Feedback  He actually did quite a lot of handywork for me including plastering, brickwork,painting, paving and waterprofing. He did an excellent service and I was happy with his work. His workmanship is great, he is a proffessional and knowledgeable. What I like more about him is that he doesnt waste materials and he gives value for money. I highly recommend him
