Description  We hired Kat Building Construction to do the construction of our 700 sqm residential property.

Feedback  After advertising online to get the appropriate contractor, Kat Construction responded very fast. All meetings and site visits were conducted very quickly. after quotes and contract signing the project resume in Midrand. Within a period of one week all site establishments were done and completed. Enrolments were so quick. The project was carried out very professional and we were updated of all the progress, It took almost 9 months for the dwellings to be complete. The superstructure was complete within 3 months from start date. All works were according to the designs. All materials were of high quality.

Description  He did not keep up to the contractual obligations as it's over 1 year and rhe job is halted. No contact, accountability and rhe payment was upfront based on the great reviews seen, however I will not recommend to anyone.

Feedback  Dishonest, unreliable and full of promises but cannot deliver the service even though upfront payment was made.

Description  He and team sealed leaks in a barbeque chimney, and at parts of the louvre roof will assess leaks over time when raining guite uncomfortable place. I appreciated their personal an respectful attitude and good work ethic.
