General house cleaning 3 days per week Monday Wednesday Friday and ironing

Looking for someone to clean a large house and do laundry/ironing Mon, Wed and thursday for 3 weeks starting March 14th. This is for our full time domestic lady's holidays. She is amazing, and part of our family and has been living in for 25 years. She is near retirement, so during her hols this year we will be looking out for someone who may be able to fill a full time position in the coming year. We feel very fortunate to have our special lady and are worried about finding someone to fill her shoes, so would love to have someone recommended who is very experienced, goes that extra mile and is easy going, positive and works independently.

There are 2 rugs that need to be cleaned, 2 wing backs and 1 couch. See pictures for detail

The couch is a 3 seater with 4 pillows in the same color. I live in an apartment 2nd floor. The couch can not be cleaned on the balcony or outside because it's too big to move outside hence preferably looking for services that will clean within the premises. Furthermore, please be experienced with laminates. Since the couch will have to be cleaned in the lounge, protection of the flooring from water is important, alternatively, it can be done in the kitchen as the floor is tiled but limited spaces. Job to start a week after lock down termination

5 bedroom house Deep clean ie scrub floor corners, clean skirtings and wash windows and sliding doors

I have a B/B lodge and need 1 small cottage to be cleaned 1 bedroom and bathroom and small kitchen net and a 2 bed room 2 bath room and a kitchen to be cleaned .

One long screed kitchen and dining area: approx 3mx10m One bedroom, carpeted 4x4m and smaller bedroom 3x3m Require screed floor cleaning, it is a light colour. Carpets in bedrooms need a deep clean, not sure of the method but open to recommendations. Thanks eva
