They levelled the floor and paving in such a way that the water gradually runs away from the house and there's no place where the water accumulates on the floor that was cast. The waterproofing they did is also done very neat and he suggested a good quality material. As I've mentioned, it's still a work in progress, as I have plastering I still want them to come to do, but that's what I truly like about Cosie and his team. He will work around your schedule and your budget and he gives you suggestions that save you money, but still give a quality end-product. That said, with that flexibility, one also has to understand that his current jobs/projects take preference, but he always gets back to you about when he can come or when his current projects will be completed. I for one will wait and trust his referrals to anything I need to be done, from plumbing to windows to painting, etc. He has become my go-to guy in anything in and around my house. I am sure that Cosie and his team will not let you down.

David installed the roof at my house. He also installed floor tiles and wall tiles in my bathroom and did a good job. He is a reliable hard worker who is good at what he does. His prices are reasonable and negotiable. I can recommend his services.
