Description  He re- roofed my house. It had been leaking terribly and earlier efforts of sealing it just didn't work.

Feedback  He certainly knew what the problem was and did not rush to suggest the usual quick fix of "sealing the roof". The earlier sealing had infact so damaged the roof, pictures he took stunned me. No wonder my roof poured rain into the house!! He explained what he had to do so that i appreciated the work to be done.

It was quite affordable. He was very friendly, which we liked. I only gave him 4 because of his lateness.

Then when he arrived, he started complaining, and said, for what I felt was no good reason, that it would actually cost R3000. We went ahead anyway, and it only ended up taking 1 day. I feel like I was overcharged...who earns R3000 in one day? His quality of work was good though. He did drill a wrong hole, but that was understable.
