Dan scheduled a very reasonable time for an inspection and actually made arrangements to come even earlier than scheduled. During the inspection he was very helpful and confident and gave me a price on - site. Prices were reasonable and we made arrangements for him to do the work within 1 week after he initially offered to come on the Sunday. He gave the impression that he cares deeply for his craft. Dan arrived on time as scheduled and got stuck in to the work. His approach was methodical and the workmanship professional. They cleaned the work areas when they were finished and conducted themselves politely and professionally. I did not have to chase them at all. I will definitely use Dan again for carpentry work and I recommend his services. The only thing I can complain about is that I asked him for a quotation to repair some kitchen cupboards which he did not and has not as yet sent through, therefore I gave him an 'Average' for punctuality and 4 stars for overall service. However, as far as the work performed is concerned, I'd give him 5 stars.
