The geyser circuit breaker was making a weird sound and would not heat up the water. We got him to come assist with the matter. He charged R1200 for labor, went to buy a new circuit breaker which from my research is not more than R40, but told us is R500 and on top of that charged for a call out fee which I felt should have been included in the labor fee. In all, he quoted R1980, which is entirely unreasonable! He replaced the circuit breaker, but it was still making the weird sound. After an hour of doing the work and being unable to answer the questions we had, said he had to leave and would come back another day, extremely unprofessional.
