Feedback  Chamba installed laminated floors for me. I bought the material and he just did the job. I was happy and satisfied with his work. He was very good. It took him a day to complete the work. His prices were very reasonable. He came to work on time. I trust him and would definitely hire him again.

Description  Removed tiles, old bathtub and basin. Retiled, and installed walk in and new basin. Took 3 days. Removed rubble and installed new glass for the shower.

Description  Removed ceilings in 3 rooms and replaced with Rinloite ceilings. Also rinolited the walls in the same 3 rooms. Chamba made use of a 3rd party contractor and was not onsite to supervise the rinoliting. Half way through the job I was asked for more money as he forgot to quote for the raw materials. After completion he had to get the 3rd party contactor back to redo all the rinoliting. Result is shocking. Also quoted and charged for rubble removal that was not removed. Installed a ceiling trapdoor that was installed skew and out of alignment. Excess Rinolite was not removed from doorframes and large patches are just not done correctly. Chamba is not a Ceiling Specialist and he certainly did not outsorce the job to a specialist either. Cornices were not installed as paid for as Chamba abandoned the job

Feedback  Chamba is not a ceiling specialist. The 3rd party contactors that he uses are definitely not specialists.

Description  Chamba quoted on laying a self leveling screed and laying +- 30m2 of laminate flooring. After taking the job and the deposit he admitted that he had never done a self leveling screed and attempted to do a normal river sand and cement screed. We rejected this idea and assisted him in doing the self leveling screed. The laying of the laminates started well but he left gaps and missing tile sections that resulted in him having to uplift a number of rows to then fix the problem. Towards the end of the day he started cutting the tiles by hand resulting in a very unsightly finish. He abandoned the job owing me money without completing paid for skirting

Feedback  I had to constantly manage him and physically help lay the screed as I do not believe that he is a flooring specialist as claimed
