Wilfried is quite reliable, his charges are competitive, and he came as we scheduled to deliver the job which he did so quickly. He also does the maintenance frequently. I am happy that he was being professional, I have no problems with him, and I would recommend his services to other people.

Description  Solly came through to weld a cracked copper pipe.

Feedback  Solly was, well-spoken, friendly and punctual. I cannot deny that the service experience was a delight. Although I cannot say I valued the quality of work as I foresaw problems after I could clearly see him struggle. The reviews for this company are more for water filtration than plumbing and the workmanship is evident. Solly was tasked to extend my geyser pipe to my drain and also weld a 10cm copper pipe. The geyser pipe wasn't done correctly and he had to return. The water is still falling short of the drain although I will correct it myself. He spent 3 hours tugging and welding to fix the copper pipe. In hindsight, I should have called a proper plumber. I say this because another plumber is coming to fix the same copper pipe. I am confident that they are excellent at water filtration and purification, but perhaps my job was above Solly's experience.
