Feedback  They did tree felling at my house on two occasions. Their services are excellent, very careful in what they are doing, and neat. This company has professionals, there were no damages on the property, and their charges are competitive. I can recommend them to other people.

Tree Feller

Description  Requested a complete tree removal.

Feedback  I was given a quote over the telephone by looking at pics despite me requesting them to physically look at the tree, when they arrived they increased the quote. I agreed and also paid an additional amount because an additional worker was required. They did not remove the complete tree instead, they left the stump behind and left the area very untidy. When I requested when the work would be completed, I was told the chains on the saw was broken and that new ones would need to be bought. Then I was told it will cost to much diesel to come out and complete the job. I gave the them a week to come and complete the job, was told it would be done and then they just stayed away. Emile was uprupt when I insisted that the job be completed and hung up on me while in a telephone conversation. I would not recommend their services to anyone needing help.
