Pros always come prepared with the proper tools and supplies to get your job done right; however, it's always a good idea to be as clear and descriptive in your job description to ensure that nothing important is missed or forgotten! Most of our Fixed Price services exclude materials (e.g. paint, tiles or bricks) - carefully review your instant quote to see what is and is not included. 

After you have accepted the instant quote and you have reserved payment online, we will send you confirmation emails and messages about your booking and the Pro who has been assigned to you. You can contact your Pro at any time with questions or concerns you might have.

In some instances, the scope of the job may be different than expected based on unforeseen complexity or a misrepresented job. If this is the case, we may contact you with a revised price for your approval prior to your pro completing the service.

No more last minute runs to the ATM. When you accept the quote, you will be directed to our secure payment system where you can reserve payment online to confirm your booking. When the Pro indicates that the job is done, you will receive an email to sign off on the job and indicate that you are satisfied with the work. Only then are the funds released to the Pro.
