Description  We got him to clean our carpets, we were promised that his team is professional and thorough in what they do. We later saw that there was a big dark spot where they haven't cleaned the carpet, where the couch was standing, they also said that they were going to move all of the furniture to clean, we had to remind them to move the fridge, otherwise they wouldn't have done it. They also said that the carpets would be dry in approximately 4 hours, it took 2 days. And lastly, the quoted price was not the price that we paid, there were price escalations. Saying that he had brought extra team members. We would NOT recommend using their services.

Feedback  I expected more of a deep cleaning and cleaning all of my windows that were higher up but instead Albert and his team used very standard cleaning material and I will definitely not rate then as deep cleaning services and people that are able and have all the equipment to wash higher up windows, which he knew about in advance.
