Feedback  My problem with Benny is that he was very vague on his labour price. He only took measurements once the job was done and gave me a price. This I found very disturbing because I kept asking the price and measurements of the first room and one of his guys told Me 10m2 but at the end of the job Benny gave me another measurement and price. They also didn’t remove all the rubble. I live on the 1st floor so it’s going to be my responsibility now to remove the remnants.

Description  Nothing. I requested he not return to my house. Highly disappointed. Ended up with a new contractor that was even worse.

Feedback  Benny and his team are excellent. They assisted to remove and close a window, demolished an interior wall and rebuilt. He also repaired ceilings, removed old carpets and skirtings as well as prepared the bedroom floors with screed for my new floors. You just need to tell him what to do and it's done. They work well with out supervision.

They are some of the best, if not THE BEST tilers I have ever worked with. Their workmanship is next level. They found solutions for areas that I thought were going to be challenging, but they excelled at it. They were always on time, and willing to put in the extra hours to get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

Feedback  The only great thing I encoutered when I hired Benny is his being punctual and affordability. Other than this, he is not a trustworthy person and I will not recommend him to others even if he completed the tiling and plumbing jobs I had hired him for. I do not trust him because he left with my other things that he was not supposed to have gone with. Many a time, he had excuses after I ask him why some things are the way that they are as I would not have instructed him like that. I am not happy with the overall performance from Benny and his crew. I also had to findout after they finished working that the other tile was cracked and the lines were not in unison. It was a terrible workmanship and his tidiness needs more polishing.

Feedback  Benny tiled 80% of my house, he did the kitchen, living room and most of the bedrooms. They were punctual for work, I can say that they are reliable and trustworthy. His pricing was fair and he did not break any tiles and they tidied up when they were done working. His quality of work is good, the tiles are flat and I was impressed by his lines, they were straight. I had no issues with Benny.

I am a quantity surveyor and know what tilers charge and Benny's prices are market-related, I was, however, able to negotiate a slightly lower feel with him. I have worked with him for the past year and the quality of his work is quite good.

Feedback  I subcontract Benny to do tiling work for me, most of the work he has done for me has been in complex. He and his team are reliable and trustworthy. They are near workers and we don't have to micro-manage them too much like other subcontractors. They come back to fix any comebacks within a day or two but if it's anything urgent they will come back immediately. They are good people, they know what they are doing and they do good work.
