Feedback  I received the most horrid service from Benson. He is not punctual at all - there was a time where I had to wait most of the day for him and another time time when he pitched up at 16:30 instead of 14:00. He over promises and under delivered. He is arrogant. He is rude. He dictates to his customers and worst of all, he shouts at his customers. Obtaining an invoice from him was like pulling teeth!!! I would not recommend his services at all due to all of this. This is the first and last time that I use his services. He needs a serious change in how he should treat customers.
