Description  He stripped plastering of my wall which had water damage, re-plastered, backwashed it and painted it, also fixed the section of the roof which was allowing water inside coated it with super fiber waterproofing and painted the section over.. looks good at the moment so no complaints, could've been a quicker job if it wasn't for the rain on Saturday.

Feedback  Very knowledgable about what he was doing, pleasure doing business with him in this instance, I don't feel like he messed me around so happy with that. For something similar I would recommend him.

Feedback  I have engaged him several times. At one time he escalated my washing machine then he fixed a leaking gulley as well as repair some leakages that I had at my house. His pricing is average because sometimes its a bit expensive and sometimes it's fair. Otherwise, his work is good and I can recommend him without a doubt.

Description  Architraves , skirtings , hanging of doors, painting , door frame installation.

Feedback  He cost me a lot more than his quoted amounted . I had to hire a tiler to sort out his errors which were very negligent on his part. Fanwell is a decent carpenter however I was very disappointed at this lack of skill with regard to other aspects in my house. Example - when removing existing door frames he damaged more than 10 porcelain tiles which had to be redone at an extra cost of 5000. Overall not impressed with his workmanship.

Description  Mr. Fanwell made an extreme demolition in the house by knocking down some walls, removing tiles and install new ones, take out all bathrooms and install new ones and great impressive paintings works. He basically renovated the entire house and he did a very impressive work above all expectations.

Feedback  Fanwell is a self motivated contractor. He runs the job all by himself using his experiences gained through the years. He is very reliable and achieve deadlines. I would recommend any body Fanwell services if you do care about your renovation works, your tiling works and all construction trades.

Description  Fanwell and his team tiled our feature wall in our lounge with stone cladding and added a beautiful forrest wallpaper to our bedroom wall.

Feedback  Fanwell was excellent! Neither did his team or himself need to be managed at all and he definitely knew what he was doing. We did appreciate when they asked us about a few overall finishings (and gave us the option to choose). They worked extremely hard to make sure it was of excellent quality and managed to finish the job in a day. We are thrilled as our home looks so different and elegant.

Description  I needed the plastic IBR put onto existing beams on a patio. He determined that the beams were not going to work and devised a new plan. Assisted me with collecting the wood and sheeting and went with me to buy the nails etc. It turned out better than I thought and will definitely use him again.. very polite.

Description  Slam lock repair, wall repair, window repair, cupboard door repair. He brought his own materials, which was useful.

Feedback  He came through on a weekend to review what was needed at no cost, then came through on the Sunday to complete the job, with limited instruction. Would be happy to contact Fanwell for future jobs due to convenience.

Feedback  He is quite an honest man and delivers things to the best of his ability. He is trustworthy as I sent him money to buy the building material. So from that point of view he is quite good.
