Hi, we're looking to install 2 small concrete plinths in Kloof Street to install a vehicle access boom onto. The plinth needs to be 400x400x350mm and the other can be somewhat smaller. Please let me know if it's possible before xmas. I can send more info if required. Thanks

We want to extend our kitchen Which means bashing out a load bearing wall and redo the kitchen. We would also like to add a door and close off the spare bedroom which is currently open to the kitchen. We want to make the kitchen extension a conservatory style mad mostly from glass and stacking glass doors. Our house is small {approx 110 Sqm total} So it is not too big an area that needs renovating.

Looking for a qualified electrician who is also a carpenter with some building skills (chasing walls for new plugs for example). This might be wishful thinking, but I have found it difficult to have different trades people working on one project as I don't work from home and would prefer one contact person only. Project for later this year, but so far on the list: A bulkhead with concealed lights and curtain rails, Light fittings and ceiling fans to be installed Wooden fireplace surround (will be painted, so not expensive wood or high end cabinetry) Possibly a simple build-in cupboard for storage on partially covered balcony LED strip lights in kitchen and LED panel for kitchen ceiling. Strict body corporate rules apply and jobs can only be done during business hours and not over weekends.

I want a steel frame and blue gum tree wood to fill it and same wood on floor.

We want to make our bathroom windows bigger and install big glass panel/window

garden retaining wall, currently face brick and would like to keep that look

residential block of flats boundry wall repairs and cemented up ot partially rebuild

Only a 4.5m portion of the wall is affected. Appears to be result of roots of adjacent trees pushing the wall over over time.

looking for someone to possibly do repairs on a boundary wall that is looking a bit fragile

I would like the bathroom done first…new tiles new bath new basin etc…we can talk about the kitchen on site. The bathroom is not very big.approximately 2.5m x 2m in a small studio apartment.
