I hired Sam to do a partial house renovation for me. He came upfront to give me a labour, very reasonable quote. He was available to come with his team to demolish, brick up, add bathroom, plaster, skimmed the entire house. Moreover, he did the tiling in the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and painted the walls and the entire ceiling. I started using Sam and his services once and eventually used him several times because with Sam, you are spot on, you will never go wrong!! It's so much pleasing to work with Sam and his team. Trustworthy, punctual and his workmanship is just amazing! His communication gives a peace of mind because he's always available to explain whenever you have questions. Go for Sam and his team!!

am writing to share my experience with Evans and Best construction. Our house desperately needed to have the cedar stained and the trim repaired and painted. After meeting with Evans, I decided he was the right person for the job. He was honest and forthright during negotiations and very fairly priced, as well this would apply for any potential additional costs that we could not predict until work commenced. His price was competitive and the contract was professional and easy to understand so I felt comfortable to move forward. Gladly we did. Evans went above and beyond our contract, contributing time and labor to paint extra coats because in his words “it just doesn’t look right.” He also spent an extra few hours to power washed our deck which was an incredible surprise! Evans and his crew was very polite and neat, using drop cloths and picking up any trash and end of each day… which was important to us. Upon completion, they left our property clean and presentable. We are very pleased and plan to take Evans handle inside work for us. If potential clients would like to ask us any questions, I would be pleased to speak with them.
