Emmanuel installed solar for us in June. Within 3 months, it started giving us problems. He has been to our house on several occasions, but the problem still remains, and then it is one story after the other. The whole point of installing solar was to counter loadshedding. Unfortunately, with Emmanuel's installation, it makes no difference and we are still in the dark. After several months of reporting the problem and not having it resolved, we have given him 1 week to remedy this or we go the legal route, which will be unfortunate, but there's no way you can be expected to pay this kind of money to sit in loadshedding with a torch.
