I would like a house with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 other bedrooms on the first/top floor. The garage must be able to accommodate 2 family cars comfortably. I would like the main bedroom to have an ensuite bathroom. An open lounge and open plan kitchen with a spacious dining room area. If possible, I would like a kiddies playroom, a study room, storage, laundry/bar. My family and I enjoy also enjoy spending time outside playing on the grass and having guests over - cooking, braaing, and regularly have family traditional ceremonies, so, space to move around is essential.

This project is the addition of a bedroom and a bath room + a redo of a existing bathroom. The additional area is +/- 23m^2. The building plans are already handed in at the municipality just waiting for approval

Max house Dimensions of house 7 by 7 m. Most of the work is the internal walls from 2 Bedrooms to 1 bedroom. creating a bathroom and kitchen as there is none. Electrical work is very particular requirement i.e. exposed 20mm conduit and wall mounted lighting. roof insulation will be a major plus
