We are buying a house and there must be word done so we need quotes to hand in to the estate agency so that seller can be prepared to pay

I'm looking for a donation or help to renovate my granny's house.i don't have money to fix the house due to the fact that I resigned to look after them, my 2 grannies who are physically disable and bedridden and my dad who is also disable using a wheelchair.the living conditions in this house is so terrible because is an old house that was built in 1960s.the are cracks everywhere the floors the walls and even the bath room is not properly fusional.the toilet is lecking the bath tab is to old nd small for me to bath them in it.since we are using wheel chairs it's super difficult for me to move it around when I take them to the clinic and hospital we don't even have ramps.the toilet is outside with no hot water.we don't even have a sink to wash dishes.the electricity is also a mess it burns things like kattle and it recently distroyed the frigde and stove and the only income we get is their grant money that I spent for food,nappies for my grannies and to hire transport for them when they go to the hospital for check ups.besicaly I am asking for eny sort of help especially with the house cos I feel it also adding on their sicknesses and it's a 4 room house including my self nd 2boys(8&6).we are living on a risk house especially the 3 sick people and my kids.please help
