Feedback  As an individual he is a very cool guy, very respectful and trustworthy, however I'm not satisfied with flooring he did. I wish I could have just contacted a flooring specialist, the edges of the flooring make me want to cry. The skirting I'm considering changing it, there was no consultation regarding my skirting of choice and in some types the wood is already lifting.

Feedback  He was very punctual. Did a good job. Would have been great if the sealing was done properly. He did not ask if he could take the old sink and mixer; just put it in his car and I had to ask for them back. Also took the almost-full bottle of sealant I had bought and wanted to complete other household tasks with without asking. The next morning my cupboard under the sink was flooded; melamine board destroyed. Called him at 8am; he said he'd be there by 9am. At 09h30 he tells me his car has broken down. Tried making contact with him for the next 5 hours of which it seems as if he's clearly ignoring my calls. He seemed like a decent guy. I am sincerely dissapointed.

Feedback  Byson fixed the door for me and I was happy with the service that he rendered to me. He came along with his assistant and they worked well as a team. They were respectful and their communication skills were good. Since when they fixed the door, it is now fully closing. Their pricing was affordable and I was happy with what I had to pay. They were professional and during the course of their work, they knew what they were doing. They were punctual and completed the job on time. After completion, they cleaned up the place and everything was neatly done. The experience I had with them was good therefore I would recommend them.
