Feedback  I own a construction company where we build new houses and also renovate houses and Chris was my subcontractor who did the painting for me. I worked with Chris for four years, he would paint the inside and outside of the houses and do repairs on the building when necessary before he painted. He worked with a team and he was not just a supervisor but he was also very hands on and his craftsmanship was very good. We parted ways because he decided to move on to other things, I did not fire him, instead, I took over his team who are still with me today.

Feedback  We are a manufacturing entity and we have been using Chris' services for two years. He has done many jobs for us like painting, electrical work, plumbing work, welding, general handyman work, and general construction work. His prices are very reasonable and he is open to negotiating. Chris is always punctual for work, he is trustworthy, he is reliable and he always finishes his jobs with very little comebacks. He leaves the site clean and he is a stickler for detail. He communicates well, he gives advice, he uses his own initiative and will do exactly what you want even if it means that he must redo a job.

Description  Move goods for me

Feedback  Chris was referred to me by a friend of mine when I was looking for someone to move goods for me from one point to the other. I have used his services four times and he does a good job. He is 100% punctual, my goods have not been damaged, he is very good with communication and he has a friendly team. Before I hired Chris I got other quotes and I found that for the service he will be providing, his pricing was fair. I have never had any problems with Chris, so far so good and I will be calling him tomorrow for another project. He is a good person to do business with, I have referred him to a friend of mine for construction work.
