Feedback  He replaced a motor for the washing machine, and later on, he fetched it to fix the water pump. He did everything that was required of him professionally. The job was well done, and the machine is working perfectly well. He was punctual l recommend his services to others.

Description  Was supposed to fix fridge it’s still not working

Feedback  Courage didn’t communicate the price upfront. Spent a long time working not communicating what the problem was. When he left the fridge was still hot, he said it will be fine after two hours, it’s still not fine. There’s groceries that will again go bad in the fridge.

Feedback  I saw him on Facebook, and I decided to give him a chance. I engaged him, and he fixed my fridge, which was not cooling at the bottom. Courage did an excellent job, and my fridge is 100% working. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I highly recommend him.

Description  He failed twice at fixing my fridge it worked for one day after he left and the problem persisted. He promised to come back, then to refund and he ended up just disappearing.

Feedback  In Dec 2020, Courage charged me a lot of money to “fix my fridge” that never really got fixed. He promised to refund me and just disappeared. I escalated this to Kandua and to date the matter remains unresolved. I got a different service provider to do the work at half the price, less time and it’s been working. I would not recommend this guy. Worst job ever
