Feedback   We hired Dan as a subcontractor on a project that we were working on. It was the building of a warehouse, he did the bricklaying, plastering and so forth. We did the first project and we hired again for another project, that time we agreed that he will charge us per job rather than per day as before, it was a bigger project so he needed some more guys to work with him, it was still good for us in terms of charges and also his job. Well, he's a good young guy with skills already he does the job. We need him for our coming projects

He is very reliable, he comes to work on time and I can't complain. His pricing is affordable and he has not given grief so far. He is a brilliant painter and a good artisan

Feedback  Dan is part of a team that I hired to build a block of flats. What had happened was that I had to fire my original construction team because they were slacking and Dan was hired to finish that job. His prices were fair and I was able to negotiate a price that we were both happy with. He comes to work on time and I really appreciate that because I am very particular about time management. His workmanship is very good, his work ethic is good and he does not need supervision. I made it clear to him that if he does not do the job correctly he would be fired and he did his job up until the end. He knows what he is doing.
