45th Birthday Party for my husband outdoor something simple...only want décor if you do catering you can include in quote with the setup as well.

I wanted to see if you would be able to assist me with a quotation for an upcoming bachelorette party with a bridal shower. The bridal shower has been booked at Buitengeluk in Broadacres Lifestyle Centre Cnr Valley Rd &, Cedar Rd, Fourways, Sandton, 2055. This is booked for 14:00 - 17:00. Then would like to host the bachelorette party somewhere more central, I've provisionally booked the Greenhouse - Oxford Parks, 199 Oxford Rd, Dunkeld, Johannesburg, 2196. But I would like to maybe add like a Gin tasting etc. (Happy for suggestions on venues that would allow us to do our own thing) We are looking at about 15pax. Because we having the events on the same day and at 2 different venues I didn't want to have to trape all the decor around and make sure I set up one place, strike down and then get to the next place to set up and strike again. So what I'm asking assistance with is, 1. Decor for 2 venues, So we are going for green, white and a touch of rose gold. Similar to this picture. Rustic and natural kind of vibes. Keeping it simple because I don't want to out do their wedding decor. 2. would you be able to do a gin bar set up at the second venue 3. Do you have any contacts for a driver in a large car to pick up at a central point and take us to Fourways, and take us to the party venue and then back to the central place, or possibly a couple drop offs. 4. We are not allowed to bring in any catering at buitengeluk, No cakes, nothing :( So could you assist me with party favours, maybe those delicious sugar icing biscuits or cake pops etc. something to say thank you.(I'm open to ideas) If we could get 20 of those please. Please could I get an estimate quote from you in the interim to see if this is within our budget.
