It was my first time using Kandua to find a service provider I got many responses for an electrician quite quickly, went through the profiles and chose Nqolwa Enterprises based on previous reviews. On first speaking with Thabo he seemed like he was very experienced and confident, he started with chasing the walls for the plug points but soon after, he tells me, his blade was finished and I should buy another blade, which I did. He was not prepared, as he did not even have his own extension cord for accessibility. Now the problem comes in when he took power from the lights to supply two of the plug points, one of the cables for the light was cut bu his worker while was chasing the wall, the external light was installed but after inspection I noticed the cables were grazed and exposed which I had to insulate myself because it was going to rain the next day, all the work was supposed to take two days but he rushed and finished everything in one day quite late in the evening. I was worried that the quality of work would show due to him rushing and it did, the next day he was supposed to come back to finish plastering the wall where he cut but I could not get hold of him. I will never use him again or Kandua, in summary he was not well prepared for the job, too confident that doesn’t match his quality of work and tidiness, I had to hire new contractors to correct his wiring mistakes and finish the job payment again. Disappointed!!!

He is an excellent worker, trustworthy and very creative. He is someone who thinks outside the box and who can solve problems. I have never had any issues with him. He is really good I recommend him.

They came and did some wiring, cablework and electrical work. Somebody had come before and did a terrible job so I had to call them to come and fix it.They also checked my plugs and did a great job. I was impressed with their week and it was so neat. They would regularly check with me if I was ok with the work . Since they came I haven't had any problems with their work.
