It was my first time using Kandua to find a service provider I got many responses for an electrician quite quickly, went through the profiles and chose Nqolwa Enterprises based on previous reviews. On first speaking with Thabo he seemed like he was very experienced and confident, he started with chasing the walls for the plug points but soon after, he tells me, his blade was finished and I should buy another blade, which I did. He was not prepared, as he did not even have his own extension cord for accessibility. Now the problem comes in when he took power from the lights to supply two of the plug points, one of the cables for the light was cut bu his worker while was chasing the wall, the external light was installed but after inspection I noticed the cables were grazed and exposed which I had to insulate myself because it was going to rain the next day, all the work was supposed to take two days but he rushed and finished everything in one day quite late in the evening. I was worried that the quality of work would show due to him rushing and it did, the next day he was supposed to come back to finish plastering the wall where he cut but I could not get hold of him. I will never use him again or Kandua, in summary he was not well prepared for the job, too confident that doesn’t match his quality of work and tidiness, I had to hire new contractors to correct his wiring mistakes and finish the job payment again. Disappointed!!!

I thought it was going to be a busy day for me but he only called me if he needed my aproval. That's all

I have used her services a couple of times, and I am always satisfied with her services. Samantha is the one who fixes my appliances. She regased the deep freezer and fixed the other fridge, which was not getting cold. She also fixed the washing machine, which was no longer draining water. I have engaged her to fix my stove again. Her work is excellent, and it does not have any comebacks. Samantha is reliable, honest, and she always gives me good advice. It is always a pleasure doing business with her, and I highly recommend her.

Ndavheleseni did the electrical installation for my house, and he is good at what he does. He did everything from scratch and issued me with a C.O.C. He has extensive knowledge of his work and performs well without supervision. He is thorough and he explained what he was going to do before executing the job. I can recommend his services.

Lovemore is good and friendly guy. He cleaned after himself and produced neat work. The prices he chargers are affordable and I have not experienced any problems with all his work. He is trustworthy, l left him in the house to work unsupervised and never found a single thing out of place. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
