Description  He glued the machine pipe and charged me an extra nominal amount..now the washing machine pipe is undone and licking

Feedback  I request my washing machine to be repaired last year since the pipe outlet was disconnecting everytime it drains the water. The mechanic came and glued the pipe..now the pipe came undone and I was promised that it would never after I was charged 500...this is unfair and a reap off..I need my machine fixed this time

Feedback  Update on my previous review- after voicing my concerns over the differing descriptions on the invoices sent, I was yelled at on the phone and accused of being dishonest and trying to avoid payment. All for exercising my statutory rights as a consumer! I then tried to speak to the second partner to explain why I was dissatisfied and hadn’t yet paid (still within their 24hour payment period) and I was screamed at again and told that the delay was not their fault and that they were doing me a favour!! The only time that they were responsive was when HARASSING me for payment - all the other days were spent by me continuously phoning and messaging to see when I would get my machine back and being fed repeated lies or radio silence. Not to mention that they left a mess in my kitchen when collecting the machine and didn’t bother to clean it up. I have never been treated so poorly by a service provider and my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS “PROVIDER”!!!! They are not cheap and there is no peace of mind- you literally can’t trust a word they say. In a time when people are desperate for jobs, they are only concerned with making a quick buck and fleecing customers!

Feedback  Absolutely pathetic service. Machine was picked up on Thursday and I was promised it would be returned on Saturday as I had marked the job as urgent. Until Friday evening I had to continuously follow up for the amended invoice and delivery time. On Saturday he ignored my calls and messages and eventually calls me at midday to say that he didn’t have the parts (despite telling me on Friday that he was working on the machine and would have it ready. Promised to deliver it on Monday and once again lied until I eventually said I was going to collect my machine if it wasn’t delivered by Tuesday morning. Five days later!! Complete lack of customer service and very unprofessional. Invoiced service doesn’t match the parts he said he fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
