He is quite intelligent that at the most time he is capable of diagnosing a problem just by a mere look at an appliance and 99% of the time he will be correct. I have never found fault in the work he has completed for us. In addition to being such a proffesional, he is open to negotiation and open to a deliver and pay later work plan.
