Feedback  I have been subcontracting Frank for a variety of projects over the past two years, he has done all kinds of jobs for me, from electrical, office renovations, roof tiles, and floor tiles, this work has been in residential and commercial buildings. He has competitive rates, they are not too bad and whatever he does comes out well. What I like the most about Frank is that he is never late for an appointment, he does not thumb suck figures, he takes his time to do the proper research before giving you a proper quotation. He is a processional amd comes prepared with his own tools.

Feedback  We had subcontracted Frank on an office renovation project. They did a lot of things like painting, installed air conditioners, replaced carpets and furniture. They were reliable and trustworthy, they cleaned up, they even removed the rubble late at night so that they did not disturb people in the office. The quality of their work was good, and they go the extra mile, for example, they had to replace the carpet that they had removed with carpets that we're similar and they managed to find them, the paint that they used matched the company logo. They finished the project on time and within the budget, it was a job well done. Working with Frank was a good experience.

Description  He did construction work for us.

Feedback  He built training rooms, meeting rooms, and workshop rooms for our company. His quality of work is outstanding. He managed to meet the deadline and I was impressed. He goes an extra mile and sometimes works until twelve midnight. He is customer-oriented and has a great team that does not need supervision. He is committed and dedicated. He is thorough when given a task. I can definitely recommend his services.
