Feedback  Chester promised before and after photos. Nothing of that sort. He promised to come back the next day, never pitched. He said he could to the job. He could not. He was quick to ask for a review. After the 1st rains, my roof was still leaking. Promised to come and fix it. After numerous calls. He still did not put come. Every time excuses. Don't ask him to do any job. He is a fake.
