Surprise has good communication skills, even though he ran late he called to inform me that he was running late. The issue was resolved promptly and he promised that his workmanship has 1 year 6 months guarantee. Overall I'm happy with the service, however, the price was much higher than expected, but if his guarantee is as stated and there are no additional issues after 1 year 6 months then I don't mind the price.
