Feedback  We use them for cleaning services, once a week for spring cleaning and weekly for maid services. They are very professional and does excellent work. They are people who are knowledgeable about their work and you don't need to go after them. They are trustworthy and can work unsupervised. They take their time for perfection. One thing I like about them they are so flexible on their prices and you can negotiate to accomodate your budget. I highly recommend them.

Feedback  I needed a move in cleaning of a house. I am the estate agent acting on behalf of the owner. Firstly, she was 2 hours late for the appointment. I told her during our first conversation about a quote that the house will be very very dirty, as it was empty for a long time. She said her fee will be R3000. Despite that, she added R450 to the invoice after cleaning, because "it was bad, soo dirty". Even after the additional charge, her team missed a few things like the skirtings and windows. She advised that she will return the next day to correct it. She didn't show up at all. Every day she had excuses or wouldn't answer her phone. I gave up after 6 days and we had to pay a second company to properly finish cleaning. I have worked with many, many cleaning companies. Small or big, they have always been professional and fixed mistakes when it happened. Jessie is unreliable and unprofessional, I have no other words for the terrible service received from her.
