Description  He charged me and gave me back my washing machine in a worse condition.

Feedback  It's been since around 5 April (today being 22 June) and I still do not have a working washing machine. First time they took it they needed to replace the motor, got it back R3350 later with the "new" motor but after testing it it did the exact same thing as before the "new" motor. They took it again and it then needed a new spider shaft, R2200 and weeks later got it back with a "new" spider shaft. After delivery my domestic advised me that she heard something funny when they tested it, tried it out and the drum is out of alignment, you can hear it knocking when washing and it throws the machine around when spinning, and even though they knew there was something wrong they still chose to give it back to me in that condition. It's now been another week and I've heard nothing from him again since Monday. I would recommend against using Martin and Cold Master Appliance Repairs, cannot be trusted.

Feedback  When I had appliances not working at my house I hired him to do the job for me. He helped me repair my defy oven that was not heating and he replaced the heating element. The stove was a Whirlpool that had two plates that were not working and he replaced them. It's been four months now and the appliances are still working. I'm happy with his work.

Feedback  Martin has helped me with the repair of my Samsung fridge that had stopped working. He changed the compressor and flashed the system. Since then the refrigerator has worked properly well for about a month now or more. Judging from the way he did this work for me I can recommend him. I have another washing machine that I want him to repair too.
