Description  Waterproofing and repairs where necessary to the existing waterproofing on the roof.

Feedback  The work entailed repairing spots on the roof where the waterproofing had failed and caused damp ingress. Maxwell supplied the necessary items to seal the areas and improve the waterproof of other areas. He completed the work in the allocated time that he committed to.

Description  Maxwell replaced the rollers on 3 x patio sliding doors, put up a mirror, installed 2 x TV wall brackets and a few other things around the apartment.

Feedback  He managed all the jobs without any input or supervision. Jack of all trades. Very well mannered. Cleaned up before he left and dumped the rubble on his way out in Refuse Building. Will definitely call on Maxwell again in future!

Feedback  l hired Maxwell to disassemble my bed because l wanted to put a new base, he came and did what we agreed and his work has no problems. However, l think he is not an honest person because he damaged a ceiling during the service which l believe was a mistake but he did not inform me about it. He also used my bathroom and left it a bit messy which l was not comfortable with. In future he must improve on being professional and honest.
