Feedback  Obert is honestly the best and a fantastic builder. I've been subcontracting him on a number of building projects in Silverton. He built all the townhouses for me from the foundation up and I've had no complaints he is very reliable even if I'm not on the ground he does his work very well buys materials and brings the receipts. All the townhouses have been approved by the inspectors from the municipality Obert is highly proficient I have more projects coming up he will be the project manager and I have no doubt everything will run smoothly.

He is someone one would consider a good worker. His pricing is affordable and it's within the market price range. He is also negotiable in case the price is not within the budget and you can make a payment plan with him. His work is quality and he is reliable. He does his work properly and you don't need to follow up on him after completion of the job. His supervision is good. He is a free and understanding person. The experience that I have been having with him has been good therefore I would recommend him.
